Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgeggplant
  2. 1garlic glove
  3. 1lemon juiced
  4. 200 gTahini
  5. 100 g(or as desired) of yogurt
  6. 1/4(or 5 g) teaspoon of salt

Steps

    Peel and wash the eggplant then drain.

  2. 2

    Grill the eggplant on the stove or in the oven

  3. 3

    Grill the eggplant on the stove or in the oven.

    Smash the eggplant.

  5. 5

    Smash the garlic with salt and add to the smashed eggplant.

  6. 6

    Add Tahini, lemon juice and yogurt.

  7. 7

    Mix well all together

  8. 8

    Served cold garnished with olive oil and pomegranate seeds.
