Parboil ur rice wash properly and set to drain. Roughly blend tatashe,pepper,onion,ginger n garlic with very little water set on heat to boil n let d water dry up. Blend ur bongafish and crayfish in a dry mill and set aside. Chop all veggies to ur desired sizes. Blend ur coconut and drain out the milk.

In a clean pot pour coconut oil addd d pepper mix with some chopped onion and set to fry add few of ur veggies to release deir flavors in d pepper mix den spice it up with ur curry thyme salt n seasonings

Wen it’s properly fried add d coconut milk and meat stock allow to boil den pour d parboiled rice taste to adjust seasonings allow to cook on medium heat den pour ur bongafish and crayfish wen d rice is almost done cover for 5min den add ur remaining veggies with some coconut flakes to get d crunchy feel... then food is ready
