Ingredients

10-12 min
  1. Ladyfinger (bhindhi) ek pao
  2. Salt (namak) as per taste
  3. Onions (piyaz) 2 normal size
  4. Red chilli powder (all mirch powder) 1 table spoon level
  5. Coriander powder (dhania powder) half tea spoon
  6. 1 pinchTurmeric (haldi)
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Lemon juice (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetable into pieces..

    Cut the onions into slices

    Add oil in a pan and place the onions into the frying pan until they changes the color into light golden

  4. 4

    Place the ladyfinger into the pan and fry it for few minutes

  5. 5

    Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric and fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame

  6. 6

    Now slowdown the flame and cover it with the lid for 3 minutes

  7. 7

    Your delicious yummiliuous moms bhindhi recipe is ready

    To add taste you can add lemon juice (optional)
