  2. 1green bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1red bell pepper, chopped
  4. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. 2 lbslean ground beef
  7. 1 can (8 oz)tomato sauce
  8. 3 tbsptomato paste
  9. 1 cupbarbecue sauce (BBQ)
  10. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  11. 1 tspTabasco sauce
  12. 4large hamburger buns
  13. 4 slicescheddar cheese

    Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the peppers and garlic until tender, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
