Bitter gourd filling is my husband & my childhood favourite, we can make it by using both coriander powder and poppy seeds, when shahi is to be made by using poppy seed and if you want to make it this, it is made by using coriander, by making both ways .it looks very tasty.

First of all, we will scratch bitter gourd with a knife.

Cut the middle and take out the seeds.

Bitter gourd seed will be put on garlic nos and will be make a paste.

Will make bitter gourd boil for 5 min.

Put on seive for 10 min.put 2tbsp of the post in half a cup of water.it takes out the bitterness

Put 2 spoon of soaked posto in a half a cup of water and soak them.

Now heat the oil.will deepfry till light brown on low to medium flame.

Now let's prepare for this stuffing.

Will let you leave as needed. Now add onion salt and light it.

Put all the dry spices in it and stair it for 1 min.

After adding the paste, stair for 2 min now add half a cup of water and cook it well with the spices.

This stuffing is ready. Now will go on filling the spices in the fried bitter gourd, it books very tasty.

It goes great with both roti and rice.
