Heat oil in a kadhai & add khada masalas. Add hing & sauté well.

Add onion & sauté until pinkish. Add ginger- garlic paste &sauté. Add green peas & sauté.

Add methi leaves & add all dry masalas & sauté well. Cook with closed lid for 1 min.

Add cooked rice & add salt to taste, mix well.

You are done with your Pulav. Garnish with coriander & serve with raita.
