Boil the milk and add vinegar

Hung it for better homemade paneer or Indian cheese

Now in a pan put two tablespoons butter

Roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+green chilli

Make it browned and add chopped onion

When onion looks golden add tomatoes and spices together

Let simmering the masala for 7 to 8 minutes

Now add paneer scrambled with hand

Let again at low flame simmering the masala to mix with paneer properly

After 9 to 10 minutes yummy healthy oil free paneer bhurji is ready
