Macaroni is light and a good choice for dinner.
Steps

Parboil macaroni with salt and tumeric. Drain and keep aside.

In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and 1tsp of ginger and garlic paste. Fry for 30 seconds. Add the minced meat, onions and seasoning. Stir until cooked and keep aside.

Julienne cut all peppers and carrot and keep aside. Also slice the onions and keep aside.

In a wok, add 1 cooking spoon of oil and add the onions, fry for 3 minutes. Do not allow the onions to burn. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 30 secs

Add in the green beans and carrot. Fry for 5mins. Add in minced meat, macaroni, seasoning and spices. Stir and add peppers and onions. Stir and cover to simmer for 5 minutes

Serve hot.😋
