Mix flour with butter, salt, seasoning and water to form a dough.

Heat the pot with olive oil. Fry cubed potatoes until they have crust. Sauté onions till soft and slightly brown. Add potatoes to onions. Add curry powder and Jeera. Cook for 2 minutes then add mince. Cook for 2 minutes then add knorrox. Add veggies and simmer. Add small amount of water to create sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat.

Cut the dough into small round and roll it out on a floured workstation

Heat the pan on medium and start cooking your roti. Flip it and cook it for 1 minutes on each side. Stack it on a plate then fold it and keep it in air tight container to keep it soft.
