Cut Mozzarella sticks or use readymade cheese sticks

Beat eggs, coat cheese sticks with almond flour, then egg, then crushed almonds and again with egg and crushed almond.

Bake at 375F for 15 min.

Be careful to take the sticks out of the oven immediately, otherwise the mozzarella may squeeze out of the core. Serve hot.
