Soak a Rosemary stick. I used this trick so that it doesn't burn in the oven. And it worked!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Get your fillet of chosen fish ready! - 2
No pealing and taking of the skin is necessary. Just chop them up and in a baking tray mix them well with all the spices...and the fish and the oil and the squeezed lemon. Leave the lemon skin in the tray for a great fragrance while baking!

Add a glass of water and cover it with aluminum foil. In a preheated oven, bake at 250°c for 15 minutes. Then take off the foil and bake from about only. Be careful it doesn't burn. Add more water if you think it's necessary

Some of the skins such as the skin of the garlic is really dry to eat up but keep the garlic together like on the top right of the pic
Enjoy! I didn't need any rice or bread with this really...
