Ingredients

  • 1 cupmakhne (lotus seeds)
  • 1boil potato
  • 1chop onion
  • 1chop tomato
  • 1green chilli chop
  • 1/2chop cucumber
  • 1big spoon roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoonsSev
  • 1 tbspgreen chutney
  • 1 tbspimli ki chutney
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspghee

Steps

    Heat ghee and roast rakhana and take out in a big bowl.

    Now add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
