Ingredients

  1. 8Eggs (boiled)
  2. 2 bigonions
  3. 4Tomatoes
  4. 2 inchesGinger
  5. 6-8Garlic
  6. 4Cloves
  7. 2inch stickCinnamon
  8. 1 tspPoppy seeds
  9. as requiredOil
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  13. 1/2 tspEgg curry masala
  14. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  15. as requiredCoriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadhai and add all the above ingredients (cloves, cinnamon, onions, tomatoes,ginger, garlic, poppy seeds)and cook until done.

    Once cool down grind it into paste.

    Heat oil in kadhai and fry boiled eggs sprinkle with salt,red chilli powder, garam masala and keep it a side.(poke eggs with the help of a fork before frying).

    In the same kadhai pour little oil and add all the spices red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala &turmeric saute for a minute and add grinded paste.

    Reduce the flame add eggs and water as per consistency cover the lid and cook for 10 to 15 mins.

    Switch off the flame garnish with coriander.

  7. 7

    Serve with hot rice.
