In a wok, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, meat and shan nihari masala.

Bhonify it until the oil seperates and a masala turns into dark brown.

Let it simmer for 30 min on low flame.

Now add 3glasses of water, cover the lid and let the meat tender for approx 1hour on medium to low flame.

In a separate bowl, mix flour with water.

Add this batter to the gravy through strainer and keep stiring to avoid making lumps..

Tada, nihari is ready. adjust salt according to ur taste. Garnish it with fried onions, jullien ginger, green chillies and lemon.
