Sabudana waffles

Place Sabudana in a colander and wash.

In a big wide bowl soak sabudana by adding just enough water to cover them. Just 1/4 inch more than sabudana level.

Soak covered for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.

Sabudana will fluff up after soaking.

Now grease the waffle maker and preheat it.

Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Take half of the portion of the mixture, make flat in your palms and place in the preheated waffle maker.

Same way do with the rest of the mix
Close the lid and let it cook.

Check after 10 mins
Remove if done. - 10
Enjoy with green mint chutney and cold drinks
