Ingredients

  1. 1 cuptur dal
  2. 1brinjal
  3. 1small piece of pumpkin
  4. 1potato
  5. 1pointed gourd
  6. 1Small piece of papaya
  7. Handfulgreen Amarnath leaves
  8. 1small snake gourd
  9. 1 teaspoonDhaniya half teaspoon of jeera
  10. 10pepper corns
  11. 2whole red chillies
  12. 1 teaspoonhaldi
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. 2 tablespoonsgrated coconut
  15. 2tomatoes
  16. 3 tablespoonsghee or oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut all the vegetable into pieces.

    Cook dal along with these vegetables with haldi.

  3. 3

    Dry roast jeera, Dhaniya, peppercorns and red chilli. Grind it to become a powder.

  4. 4

    Once Dal cooked temper with ghee, jeera, Rae and 2 red chillies. Boil for 10 minutes lastly and grated coconut and powder masala. Done have with hot rice.
