Peel and cut doodhi and remove pulp,soak it in salt water.drain and shallow fry.

Stuffing paneer, red chilli, salt,peanut paste,and pulp make a paste,and stuff doodhi(use boiled potato or kheema to stuff optional)

Heat oil add, dalchini,elaichi red chilli powder,salt garam masala,curd or tomato paste,place the stuffed doodhi cover and cook till it softens and leaves oil.
