This recipe combines three healthy ingredients.
The mushroom, rich in minerals such as selenium, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, calcium, zinc and potassium, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, C, D and E, vegetable protein and fiber.
The Parsley provides two percent of the daily value needs for calcium, iron and folic acid, 12 percent of vitamin A, more than 150 percent of vitamin K and 16 percent of vitamin C.
Garlic has an innumerable therapeutic properties, it’s an antioxidant, contains vitamins A, B and C, phosphorus, silicon, sulfur and others.
It’s a healthy, delicious, easy to prepare but it’s also a versatile recipe, you can enjoy it alone or with pasta, rice or any type of meat of your choice.

Ingredients:

Wash and cut the mushrooms in slices
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray, heat at high temperature
Place the mushrooms, let it lightly brown on both sides - 3
Lower the temperature to medium/low add butter, garlic, mix

Cook for 2 minutes

Add salt, pepper, parsley

Mix, serve hot
