  • 454 grmushrooms
  • 6garlic cloves finely chopped
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cupparsley lightly chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps

    Ingredients:

    Wash and cut the mushrooms in slices
    Spray a frying pan with cooking spray, heat at high temperature
    Place the mushrooms, let it lightly brown on both sides

    Lower the temperature to medium/low add butter, garlic, mix

    Cook for 2 minutes

    Add salt, pepper, parsley
