Ingredients

  • 2Medium Potatoes (Peeled and Chopped)
  • 1Onion (Diced)
  • 6Carrots (Diced)
  • Little bit of Melted Butter
  • 1/2 GlassWater
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2Chicken Stock Cubes (or 12 fl oz chicken stock)
  • 12 fl ozboiling water to make stock
  • Any other Veggies wanted

Steps

  1. 1

    Place melted butter, 1/2. glass water, veggies, salt & pepper into large saucepan. Saute for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Dissolve the stock cubes in the boiling water, add to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Liquidise in blender
