  • 1 1/2 cupsFlour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 CupButter (Unsalted)
  • 1 CupBrown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1Eggs
  • 1 tspVanilla Extract
  • 1/4 CupMilk / Buttermilk / Eggnog
  • 2 CupsRaisin Bran Cereal
  • 1 CupDiced & Sauteed Apples (Cooled)
  • 1/2 tspeach Nutmeg & Cinnamon

Steps

Prep 20m
  1. 1

    Whisk together flour, baking powder & soda and salt

  2. 2

    Cream together Brown sugar and butter

  3. 3

    Add egg (mix) vanilla & milk (mix)

  4. 4

    Mix in flour half at a time

  5. 5

    Fold in Raisin Bran & Apple

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes
