Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cupsmixed sheep and cow's milk butter (600 grams)
  • 1 3/4 cupsroasted almonds (250 grams)
  • 1 packetbaking powder
  • 4 packetsvanilla sugar
  • 1 3/4 cupspowdered sugar (220 grams)
  • 1/4 cupbrandy (60 ml)
  • 9 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 1200 grams)

Steps

    Beat the butter and powdered sugar in a mixer for 20 minutes. Add the vanilla sugar, baking powder, coarsely ground roasted almonds (roast at 320°F/160°C for 15 minutes), brandy, and finally the flour gradually.

    Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Once baked, generously dust with powdered sugar.
