Beat the butter and powdered sugar in a mixer for 20 minutes. Add the vanilla sugar, baking powder, coarsely ground roasted almonds (roast at 320°F/160°C for 15 minutes), brandy, and finally the flour gradually.

Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 20 to 30 minutes.

Once baked, generously dust with powdered sugar.
