Whole wheat orange cake

In a large mixing bowl take yogurt and oil. Mix it well till sugar and oil blend smooth. Now add jaggery powder, vanilla essence and 1/4 cup orange juice. Beat it well. You can use hand blender or hand whisk.

Now sieve whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients little by little and mix it well.

Now take tutti frutti and 1 tsp whole wheat flour and mix it. Now add tutti frutti to the batter and add orange zest, 1/2 cup orange juice. Again mix the batter to combine everything well and prepare a smooth batter. Make sure there is no lump.

Now grease the loaf tin or cake tin with oil. Place a butter paper and again spray oil. Pour the batter into the tin. Tap 2 to 3 times to release the air bubbles.

Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius or 350 degree fahrenheit. Place the loaf tin in the oven and bake it for 40 mins. Check it with toothpick after 40 mins. Cool down completely. Demould the cake and cut it in desire shape. Enjoy it with coffee or tea.
