Ingredients

  • Shakarqandi(sweet potatoes)boiled 3 large
  • 3/4 cupDoodh
  • 1 literDoodh boiled
  • Cheeni (sugar)3/4 cup or taste
  • 125 gmsKhoya
  • 2 tbspBadam chopped
  • 2 tbspPista chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add sweet potatoes and mash it,add milk and mash well set a side

  2. 2

    In a pot add milk and bring it to boil,add mashed sweet potatoes and mix well

  3. 3

    Add green cardamom,sugar and khoya,mix well until desired thickness

  4. 4

    Sweet potato kheer is ready,garnish with almonds and pistachio
