Ingredients

  1. Boiled rice 750 gms with salt and whole spices
  2. 1 kgBeef
  3. 2 cupsYogurt
  4. 3 tspChilli powder
  5. 1 1/2 tspAll spice
  6. 2 tbspGinger garlic
  7. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  9. Ingredients for Biryani masala homemade:
  10. 1 cupBrown onion
  11. Tomato 4 chopped
  12. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
  13. Green chilies whole
  14. Podina 1 banch
  15. Salt 1 tsp heaped
  16. 1 tspAll spice
  17. 1 tspRoasted and crushed cumin
  18. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  19. 1/4 tspNutmeg
  20. 1/2 tspSaffron
  21. 1/4 tspMace grinded
  22. 1 pinchOrange colour
  23. 1 pinchYellow colour
  24. 1/4 cupMilk
  25. 1 tbspKewra water
  26. 1/4 tspChoti Elaichi grinded
  27. Coriander Leaves as required

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate beef with all the given ingredients for 2 hours.

    Heat half cup ghee. Add onion with marinated beef, ginger garlic paste, whole green chilies, add chopped tomatoes.

    Cover and cook till done. Fry well. Lastly add coriander leaves, and saffron.

    Now put boiled rice on top of the beef mixture then colour and milk mixture and leave it on dum. Now ready to beef biryani.☺☺
