Ingredients

  1. 1 cupOats
  2. as neededVegies ( carrot, french beans, capsicums, onions, mushrooms etc
  3. to tasteSalt and pepper
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tspDhaniya (Coriander)powder
  7. 1 tspOil or ghee
  8. as neededWater
  9. 1 pinchHing(asafoetida)
  10. 1 tspJeera(cumin seeds)

Cooking Instructions

    Take ghee in a pan and heat it

  2. 2

    Add hing and jeera and let it crackle

  3. 3

    Chop all the vegetables all together in a chopper

  4. 4

    All the vegetables in the pan

  5. 5

    Add all the spices in the vegetables

  6. 6

    Now add salt and pepper as per your taste

  7. 7

    As vegetable cooked add oats in it

  8. 8

    Add water as required. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes on a low flame

  9. 9

    Check after 15 minutes if the oats are cooked

  10. 10

    Serve it hot and enjoy
