Rice fenugreek muthiya curry

Mix all ingredients mentioned in ' For muthiya '. Prepare soft dough-like form. Add little water if required. Make small balls or tikkis from it.

Steam muthiyas for 10-12 minutes in a steamer.

Beat curd and besan together, add enough water and make lump-free mixture.

In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When crackles and asafoetida and curry leaves. Add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste. Saute till onion turns translucent.

Now add curd besan mixture. Add salt, turmeric powder red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well. Allow it to boil. Stir in between.

When it comes to boil add prepared steamed muthiyas. Cook for 5-7 minutes or till get the desired consistency. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy with bhakhri or Paratha.
