When my sister wanted to eat some, I, the cook, made them for her.

Heat oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden. Add ground pork and cook until done.

Add shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, sliced black fungus mushrooms, and glass noodles. Stir-fry until combined.

Season with sugar, seasoning powder, ground black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sweet dark soy sauce. Stir well, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed. Remove from heat and let the filling cool in a bowl.

Lay out the spring roll wrappers. Place some filling on each wrapper and roll up tightly. Brush the edge with water to seal.

Heat oil in a pan. When hot, fry the spring rolls until golden and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil. Serve with dipping sauce.
