Oil garam Kar ke piyaz dalein.piyaz light brown karin

Jab piyaz light brown ho jay to lehsan,adrak paste dal Kar fry karin

Than aloo gajar Dal ke 5 minute cook Karin tak ke aloo gajar gal jay

Timater or Hari mirch cut Kar lein or all powder spice or garam masla add Kar ke mix karin or bhon lein

Phir Baigan Dal ke 2 minutes cook Karin

Than Pani add karin (itna Pani dalein ke rice usi Pani man ho jay add na Karna parhe) Pani khatum ho jay to dum per Rakh dein
