Makai ki kachori

Grind urad daal in jar. Make little fine paste

Take a bowl add makai atta, salt, haldi, lal mirch, hing and hara dhaniya. Mix it well

Add urad daal paste in it and mix it. If required add a bit of water and knead the dough.

Rest the dough for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes. Make a small rounds of dough and flatten it like Kachori.

Deep fry it in Refined oil.

And your Makai kisi kachori is ready. Serve it with Sabzi or Aachar.
