Ingredients

15 minutes
2 person
  • 6 spoonmakai ka aata(maize flour)
  • 4 spoonurad daal
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 2 spoonhara dhaniya(green Coriander)
  • 1/2 tbsphaldi(Turmeric powder)
  • 1 tbsplal mirch(red chilli)
  • Pinchhing(asafoetida)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind urad daal in jar. Make little fine paste

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add makai atta, salt, haldi, lal mirch, hing and hara dhaniya. Mix it well

  3. 3

    Add urad daal paste in it and mix it. If required add a bit of water and knead the dough.

  4. 4

    Rest the dough for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    After 30 minutes. Make a small rounds of dough and flatten it like Kachori.

  6. 6

    Deep fry it in Refined oil.

  7. 7

    And your Makai kisi kachori is ready. Serve it with Sabzi or Aachar.
