Palak Paneer
Steps

Bleanch spinach and coriander. Cool it down and blend it.

Peel and choop the onion, garlic and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Add chopped onion.

Now add chopped tomatoes. Mix well. Cook till soften. Add all spices. Mix well.

Now add spinach puree. Mix well. Cook at low flame for 5 min.
- 6
Cut paneer into pieces, and add into spinach curry. Cook for 2min. Off the flame. Palak paneer is ready to serve.
