Ingredients

  • 1 bundlestring beans
  • 3 pcschinese sausages
  • Garlic, onion, shallots
  • little cornstarch
  • 1 tspoyster sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut string beans into 2 inches.

  2. 2

    Slice garlic, ginger, onion and sausage.

  3. 3

    Heat a wok and saute all ings and add string beans. Add water simmer. Then add oyster sauce and cook. Thicken with oyster sauce
