Ingredients

  1. Garlic minced
  2. Shallots minced
  3. stripsGinger
  4. Spring onion
  5. 6 pcstomato
  6. Cornflour
  7. 3fish fillet

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish and pat dry. Then coat with flour. Heat pan and fry fish,when done remove

  2. 2

    In the same pan stir fry garlic, shallot and ginger. When fragrant, add slice tomato. Season with salt and a little soy. Simmer then add in fried fish. Cover and simmer until cook
