Ingredients

  • 1 cupfrozen banana
  • Halfa cup of almond or full cream milk
  • 2dates
  • 1 tbspeanut butter
  • Goji berries, coconut flakes and extra peanut butter to top

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the banana, milk, peanut butter and dates until smooth in a high powered blender

  2. 2

    Spoon into a coconut bowl (as pictured) or any other bowl

  3. 3

    Top with goji berries, coconut flakes and a dollop of peanut butter (optional)
