Soybean Spaghetti with Vegetables and Soy Sauce

A recipe I wanted to try cooking. It can be prepared quickly (the soybean spaghetti cooks in just a few minutes!) and is easy to finish off the table! An oriental recipe, the soy sauce is delicious and adds that extra touch to the dish! I make it often because it's so tasty!

A recipe I wanted to try cooking. It can be prepared quickly (the soybean spaghetti cooks in just a few minutes!) and is easy to finish off the table! An oriental recipe, the soy sauce is delicious and adds that extra touch to the dish! I make it often because it's so tasty!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash, dry, and then cut the vegetables very finely, then slice them into medium pieces. Place them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and two small garlic cloves crushed with a garlic press, or chop them if you prefer. Add salt and pepper.
- 2
While they cook, bring water to a boil for the soybean spaghetti. Once boiling, add salt and then the spaghetti. Keep in mind they cook in just a few minutes. They should be cooked al dente, no more than 4 minutes. They will be done after just a few minutes, but test them anyway. Overcooked pasta is not good!
- 3
Once cooked, use scissors for long pasta to transfer them a few at a time to the pan with the vegetables you cooked earlier, then add a few wooden spoonfuls of soy sauce. Turn on the burner, mix everything well until it is well colored, then turn off the heat and plate it.

A very tasty vegetarian dish, easy and quick to prepare. Enjoy it with friends or people who love ethnic cuisine. Enjoy your meal!
