Ingredients

  • 2.5 cupsflour
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1quarter tablespoon baking soda
  • 1quarter cup buttermilk
  • I cup melted margarine
  • 6eggs
  • I tablespoon lemon rind
  • 1quarter cup lemon juice
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind sugar, and whisk in all the eggs, I used a mixer

    Add in melted butter, mix

  3. 3

    Add flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda, mix

  4. 4

    Add buttermilk and mix with a spatula

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 50mins
