Chicken changezi with naan

Take chicken and mix all the ingredients for marinating.

Keep the chicken aside for 30-45 minutes

In a pan add 2 Tbsp oil, and and chopped onions, as the onion turns golden.

Add Kashmir chilli powder, coriander powder and chaat masala and cook for a while.

To it add cumin powder, Garam masala, salt to taste,and red chill powder.

Cook the gravy at low flame for 5 minutes

Add 1/2 cup tomato puree, and 1 tbsp water. Cook for other few minutes.

Add cashew powder along with 4tbsp milk and let it cook.

Mean while take another pan, add 2 Tbsp oil, and add marinated chicken into it. Fry the chicken until completely fried.

Place a aluminum foil or bowl on it and place a burning coal in it. Cover the pan properly.

Add 1/2 cup fresh cream or Malai to gravy and 1 tsp dry fenugreek in it. And cook for another 2 minutes.

Add Chicken to the gravy. And add 3-4 green chilli.

For naan take all the ingredients and make soft dough

Once you have a soft dough, cover with a damp cloth or damp paper towel and keep it in a warm place for 3-4hours.

The dough as you can see increased in size. It won’t double like the yeast dough but will increase.
Now divide the dough into 6-8 equal parts. Dust a little flour if needed to roll

Heat a heavy griddle or tawa and keep on medium-high to high flame. Place the naan ready on the hot tawa or griddle.

Wet one side of naan with little water with your hand. (the wet side should be downward)
