Masala laccha paratha

In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt to taste, all dry masala powder, kalonji, ajwain, kasuri methi, coriander seeds and 1 tbsp oil.

Mix all the ingredients very well

Add water gradually to make a soft dough, Knead the dough for 2 – 3 min. Cover and Keep aside for 5 – 10 minute

After the dough has rested well, make small balls and Roll it like you would for capati

Apply ghee or oil on it.

Sprinkle few Chopped coriander and flour, this helps to get flakey layers.

Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers.

Stretch the pleated dough little

Begin to roll the pleated dough like a swiss roll.

Furthermore, secure the end by pressing gently.

Take the rolled ball and dust with some flour.

And start rolling to a thin circle. do not roll too thin as you wont be able to enjoy the layers.

Take hot chapathi tawa and place the rolled paratha.

After a minuter flip off and cook the other side

Once the golden brown spots start appearing on both sides grease with ghee or oil

Flip and roast both sides till golden and crisp

Then crush the paratha to form layers.

Finally, serve roti immediately with curry of your choice.
