Curd rice is a popular lunch or dinner recipe from South India made with cooked rice, curd and tempering in ghee. Curd rice is a healthy, easy and quick to make recipe.
Steps

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute for 10 seconds.

Now, add rice and fry for 2 minutes. Then add whisked curd into rice and stir continuously for 2 minutes. Add salt and mix. (Stirring continuously is a must after adding curd otherwise the texture will not be smooth).

Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
