Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1/2 cupsoaked Sabudana/sago
  2. 1/2 litremilk
  3. 1/4 cupmilkmaid
  4. 1 cupmango pulp
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1 tbsCardamom powder
  7. 2-3string kesar
  8. 2 tbschopped dry fruits of your choice
  9. 1 tbsghee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Keep a pan on medium flame add milk and let it boil, once boiling add sago and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add sugar and mix well. Let this get completely cool down.

    Once the kheer is cool add Mango pulp, roasted dry fruits in ghee, kesar, cardamom powder and milkmaid. Mix nicely and keep in refrigerator. Mango-Sago kheer is ready to serve chilled.
