  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 3/4 cupwater
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 Tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspeno
  7. 1/4 cup cucumber diced
  8. 1/4 cuptomatoes
  9. 1/4 cup onion
  10. 1/4 cup carrots diced
  11. 1 tspginger paste
  12. 1 tspgreen chilli chopped
  13. 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
  14. 2 tbspoil
  15. 1/8 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 1 tspmustard seeds
  17. 2 tspCurry leaves
  18. 1green chilli whole

Cooking Instructions

    Mix curd,water,semolina salt,turmeric powder keep aside for 5min.

    Add all veggies to the batter mix well add 1tsp eno to it mix well.

    Heat an appe pan fill 3/4th of the holes with batter cover andcook at low flame for 5 min,after 5mins flip the appes with skewer or toothpick and cook other side for next 5 min once it's done remove in a plate lets prepare tadka.

    Heat a pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves,whole chilli off the gas add red chilli pour this tadka on appe.mix well serve hot with chutney or sauce
