Ingredients

  1. 50gmTapioca (water soaked for 5-6 hours)
  2. 4Boiled mashed potatoes medium size
  3. 10-15 leavesGreen Coriander
  4. 8-10Green Chillies (to taste) chopped
  5. to tasteAssorted Spices
  6. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak 50 gm Tapioca or Sago or Sabudana in water for overnight preferably, otherwise, for 5-6 hours.

    Mash boiled potatoes and add spices & Tapioca.

    Add green Coriander Leaves and green chillies at this stage.

    Make Cutlets in a mould preferably to give similar shape and size. Sprinkle some soaked Tapioca in mould and add mashed potatoes so prepared.

    Pour oil in pan. Flame should be medium to low. Shallow Fry the cutlets till they turns golden yellow.

    As soon as cutlets turns golden, serve Hot with green Coriander Chutney.
