Ingredients

45 minutes
5 to 6 servings
  1. 250 gmunsolved Sev
  2. 250 gmSugar
  3. 250 gmMava
  4. 250 mlMilk
  5. 1/2 teaspoonCardamom Powder
  6. 1little Saffron
  7. 2 tablespoonsRose water
  8. 2 tablespoonsGhee
  9. as neededfinely chopped Mix Dry Nut
  10. As neededSilver work for garnish

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix milk and sugar in the pan and let it boil, then mix the mawa and cook for 2 minutes, remaining a little mawa and apply it on top while garnishing.

    Add cardamom powder and saffron.

  3. 3

    Add sev to reduce the flame and cook for 2 to 4 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and add ghee at this time.

  4. 4

    Add rose water and close the gas.

  5. 5

    Take out the mixture in a greased plate or a mold of dessert, garnish with the remaining mawa, dry nuts and silver work and keep it in the fridge to set for 2 hours.

  6. 6

    Ready, your traditional Sindhi sev burfi (sweet).
