Mix chopped onion, grated potatoes, garlic in a bowl.

Add chopped methi,chilli paste, garlic,ginger, saunf, dhaniaseed,grated mango, salt, red garlic Chutney turmeric powder, asafoetida, dhaniajeera powder and besan.

Add oil and soda mix well. Take a baking tray lined with parchment paper grease with oil and arrange pakoda in line.

Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 25- 30 mins in preheated oven. Or till it's baked completely. Remove from the oven and serve hot in a plate garnish with raw mango slices,green Chutney and tomato sauce.
