Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 4eggs separate white to yolk
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 cupbutter melted
  5. 1 cupbanana purée
  6. 1 barChocolate tablea grated and melted
  7. 2 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg white until it forms medium peaks. Add sugar while beating.

  2. 2

    Add the yolk, banana purée and melted butter then mix lightly

  3. 3

    Add the flour and baking powder then fold lightly until smooth

  4. 4

    Pour in a pan then bake for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Apply the melted chocolate on top. Cool it down for 10 minutes the. Top it with fruits. Serve!
