Ingredients

  1. For golgappay dough
  2. 100 gmsuji
  3. 30 gmfine atta
  4. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  5. Water as required
  6. For mango chaat
  7. 1mango cut in cubes
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1 tspChaat masala
  10. For mango juice
  11. 1mango cut in cubes
  12. 1 glasswater
  13. 2 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For dough: make dough with above ingredients. Leave it for rest for at least 15 minutes. Cover with wet cloth.

    Make thin roti and cut with the help of cutter. Dip fry the golgappay. Keep aside.

    For mango Chaat: in a bowl add mango cubes. Sprinkle salt and Chaat masala.mix well.

    For mango juice: blend all the ingredients in the blender and pour in glasses.

    Assembling: in golgappay fill filling of mango Chaat. Dip in mango juice and sprinkle Chaat masala. Yummy golgappay is ready to serve.
