  1. 500 gramSemolina
  2. 250 gramCurd
  3. 250 gramPottato boiled
  4. 2Green chilli chopped
  5. handfulchopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 spoonCumin seeds

  9. 1 spoonTurmeric powder
  10. to tastered chilli powder
  11. 1 tsporegano

Cooking Instructions

    Take semolina and curd add salt to taste and make ghol with the help of required water।।।।

    Take pan add 1 spoon oil add cumin and muaturd seeds wait for crackle add turmeric Powder,red chiili powder and salt and add pottatoes and fry for 2 mins and keep aside

    Then take glass oil with the help of brush add ghol in half rest take bottao mixture make cylindrical shape and put inside glass and fill qith rest ghol and keep inside steamer to get steam for 20 mins...

    After 20 mins check and then add oil in pan out cumin and muaturd seeds turmeric and add water 2 spoon and roll this cylinder inside this tadka then keep it cook and cut into slice...
