Ingredients

  1. For the dough
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 1/2tsb bkp
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1egg
  6. pinchSalt
  7. 1/3 cupwater
  8. Oil for frying
  9. For the fillings as desired
  10. Minced meat
  11. Scotch bonnet
  12. Onion
  13. Seasoning
  14. Spices
  15. Oil
  16. Irish potatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour and add all the ingredients for the dough.

    Knead until soft. Cover and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the potatoes and dice. Pour little oil in a pan an stir fry the minced meat, potatoes, pepper,onion, seasoning n spices.

    Roll out ur dough and use meat pie cutter to bring out the shape after u put the fillings.

    Fry in oil until golden brown.
