Ingredients

40 minutes
4 -5 servings
  • 250 gmmawa
  • 250 gmcoconut grated
  • 100 gmsugar (powdered)
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 10-12almonds chopped
  • 2 tspghee

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottom wok roast coconut on low flame for 3-4 minutes.Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a plate.

  2. 2

    Mash the mawa.Heat same wok,add mashed mawa roast it on low medium flame add ghee.Stir continusely.After sometimes it starts to melt.Add roasted coconut.Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add sugar,cardamom powder and almonds.Mix everything well.Cook it for 5-6 minutes on low medium flame or mixture starts thicken.

  4. 4

    Turn off the flame.Remove the mixture from wok.Let it slightly cool.

  5. 5

    Now take some mixture in your hands and make ball shaped laddu.Coat it with coconut.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate it for 25-30 minutes to set.ready to serve.
